My Vision

  • Healing & Inclusion

  • Shared Power

  • Community Building

I approach trauma through an integrative, mindful & somatic (body based) praxis, that centers the individual in their important social groups and communities for expansive healing.

I believe that people are who they say they are, that their identities as LGBTIQIA+, shall be affirmed, explored and celebrated.

I view the world and this work through an abolitionist lens, led by leaders past and present of Black, Indigenous, POC, Queer and Disabled activists who have led the work on abolition of oppression : the dreamscape of our future.

I believe the birthing process is not only about the birth of the child, but about the birth of the parent, and the birth of a new way of life for a family.

A supported conception, pregnancy, and birth open the possibilities for parents and their child to bring out their best self and face the challenges of childbirth and postpartum with confidence and freedom. Parents & birthers of all genders welcome.
