I am an Intuitive Healer, therapist and Birth worker with an abolitionist lens. I have been working with the human mind, body and Spirit for 12+ years. I believe we must make the revolution Irresistable, and I commit to working as an accomplice to lifelong Antiracist Praxis, gender & sExuality Inclusion and the health and Wellness of Families and Individuals.

I have Held space in varied environments encompassing Community organizing, school based wellness, Immigrant & Refugee Resettlement, HOspitals and Birthwork Spaces.

I am an intuitive healer, bodyworker, therapist, mindfulness practitioner, birthworker & activist, hypno-birthing coach, group facilitator & transformative justice facilitator.

I have two little souls who I care for & guide in this world.

I identify as a white Queer Femme and born and raised in un-ceded Cheyenne and Arapahoe land, so-called Denver, Colorado. I aim to connect with the land in ways that are remembering, healing and authentic.
